Turn AI visibility gaps into a short list of work worth doing

A list of problems isn’t much use on its own. Actions looks at everything Ansoar has collected and boils it down to a few jobs worth doing, best first, then keeps measuring after you do them.

Action for home battery installation

Publish a battery rebate and installation page with real install evidence

High priorityMedium effortStrong evidence9 tracked searches
  1. Explain battery rebate eligibility in plain language.
  2. Show the brands you install, warranty terms and typical install times.
  3. Add three recent local installs with photos and system sizes.
  4. Ask recent battery customers for a Google review.

Why this surfaced: Coastwatt Energy leads 7 of 9 tracked battery searches, and its rebate guide is the source cited most often when it is recommended. Brightline has no page covering rebates.

What actions does

Five kinds of action

Gaps call for different kinds of work, so actions come in five kinds:

  • Website content: pages or sections that would answer what buyers ask for a decision.
  • Technical website fixes: problems that stop search and AI crawlers reaching or reading your pages.
  • Accuracy and consistency: places where your website and your listings disagree.
  • Presence on cited sources: sources that recur behind competitor recommendations where you are missing.
  • Authority and reputation: reviews and third-party mentions.

Ranked by what the answers show

Actions are ranked by how strong the evidence is and how many tracked searches they relate to. Each one explains why it surfaced, for example that a competitor leads seven of nine tracked searches and its guide is the source cited most often when it is recommended, and lists concrete steps.

Strong evidence means a pattern appears repeatedly. It does not guarantee that doing the work will change what AI recommends.

First drafts you finish

Where a job involves writing, Ansoar writes a first draft from what it found. It doesn’t know your prices, what you guarantee or your clinical detail, so those bits are highlighted for you to fill in before anything goes live.

Mark it done, then measure

When the work is finished, log it. Ansoar keeps measuring the searches that action relates to and shows you what was observed before and after.

Common questions

How does Ansoar decide what to recommend?

It looks for repeated patterns in your measured answers: competitors recommended where you are absent, sources cited behind them, gaps in the pages that should answer a decision, and technical issues. Actions are ranked by the strength of that evidence and the number of searches affected.

Will Ansoar write content for me?

It can produce a starting draft for actions that involve writing. Business facts are highlighted for you to confirm before anything is published.

Can my agency or team work through actions with me?

Yes. Any member of the workspace can work on actions and log them as done.

How soon do actions appear?

Usually within a few days to a week. Ansoar needs enough answers to see a pattern before it suggests work, so your first results arrive well before your first actions.

What happens after I finish an action?

Mark it done and Ansoar logs the change. It keeps asking the same questions, then shows you the weeks before and after side by side.
