A search is one question your customers ask AI, set to the place they ask it from. Ansoar asks it once a day on each of the 3 AI platforms you choose, from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews, and keeps every answer.
A workspace is one business being tracked, with its own customer decisions, competitors and searches. An agency uses one workspace per client. On plans with more than one workspace, the searches are shared, so you can give a busy client more and a smaller one fewer.
When your 7-day trial ends, your workspace pauses and everything measured so far is kept. Choose a plan in the app to start daily runs again.
No. The trial needs no card. It includes 1 workspace and 40 searches, the same as Brand. You only add a card when you choose a plan.

Yes. You can move between Brand, Growth and Agency from the plan settings in the app. Upgrades apply straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
