Find out whether AI recommends you when customers are choosing
Ansoar asks your customers’ questions every day on the three AI platforms you choose, from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews. For each job you want more of, you see how often you were recommended, just mentioned or left out, and who got picked instead.

What ai visibility tracking does
Grouped by the job
People don’t ask an AI assistant one question. They ask what their options are, what it costs, who’s good nearby, whether they’re a good fit and who to avoid. Ansoar groups those searches by the job someone is shopping for, like a battery install, because that’s how you think about your work. We call each group a customer decision.
You see each decision as one line: how often you were recommended, which competitor leads, how big the gap is and how many searches sit behind it. Open it to see every search and every answer.
Recommended, mentioned or absent
Being named in passing isn’t the same as being recommended. For every answer, Ansoar records which businesses were recommended, which were only mentioned and which didn’t appear at all. One score would blur those together, and they need different fixes.
Asked every day, on the platforms you choose
AI gives different answers to the same question, so Ansoar asks each one once a day on each of your platforms and treats every answer as one sample (here’s why). Results are split by platform, so you can see whether a gap is everywhere or just on one. You can swap platforms whenever you like and keep your history, but sticking with the same three for about a month gives the numbers something solid to compare against.
Trends and comparisons only appear once there are enough answers to back them up.
How AI describes you
Where your business does appear, Ansoar summarises the recurring positive descriptions and recurring reservations in the retained answers, and scores overall AI sentiment from 0 to 100. Answers where you are absent are not counted as neutral, because absence is a different problem from a poor description.
Common questions
What is recommendation presence?
The share of measured answers, for your tracked searches in your selected period, in which your business was actively recommended. It is a measure of what AI answered, not of market share.
Which searches does Ansoar track?
When you start, Ansoar builds an initial set of tracked searches across your customer decisions, written the way real customers ask, then keeps measuring them so results stay comparable over time.
Why are Google AI Mode, AI Overviews and Gemini reported separately?
They’re three different products that often name different businesses. AI Overviews is the summary above normal Google results, AI Mode is the chat-style search inside Google, and Gemini is Google’s separate assistant app. If you only looked at one, you could miss a gap on another.
Can I track searches in a particular suburb or city?
Yes. Each search can be set to a suburb, city, state, province or country, or left global, so you see the answers your own customers get rather than a national average.
How many searches can I track?
Plans run 40, 100 or 300 searches a day, and each search runs on all three of your platforms. Customer decisions are unlimited, so you can spread those searches across as many as you like.
